If you receive a product that does not met your standards please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item unfortunately after this time frame we may not offer you a refund or exchange. We will contact you if there is any issues with your order. If for some reason an item is no longer available or has fallen out of stock your order will be adjusted before payment is taken. > We will only take payment once we have confirmed that the items you have ordered are available for us to order or are in stock. Titan Pop Culture will put an Authorization for the amount of your order onto the payment method used upon the order being placed. We allocate & prepare tracking a few days before products arrive so that we can pack your orders faster! You will receive an email from Australia Post once the order has left Titan Pop Culture. > Tracking is generated before products are received at our store. > Contact us if you require an update on your order through the contact us page. You can also track the fulfilment of your order as products arrive at our store by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by signing into our website & clicking on the order number in your account history. Once we have an update or the product comes off Pre-order the product page will be updated. > If an ETA date has past & the product is still shown as a Pre-Order than the distributor has not received the product on it's ETA (Estimated Time of arrival). Please feel free to each out to use at anytime to see if there is a new ETA. > ETA dates are subject to change without notice but will be updated on the product page once we have updated information. > Some products are experiencing delayed ETA dates due to ongoing global supply issues that our distributors are facing, these delays are outside Titan Pop Culture ' s control > Every effort is made to keep the ETA dates displayed on our website up to date.
